Ryan Scott Weber- co-creator
Ryan Scott Weber is an American independent filmmaker from Bernardsville, NJ. He is known for his feature films and for playing drums and co-creator of the New Jersey-based pop punk band Crash Romeo. He is also the co-creator of New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival in Iselin, New Jersey. He came up with the idea for the Con and festival mix after attending many cons and film festivals for his films and feeling they should be put together. His films include Mary Horror (2011), Sheriff Tom Vs. The Zombies(2012), Witches Blood(2014) and his current film “Pretty Fine Things” set to be released in February 13th 2018 with Wild Eye Releasing. In 2013 Weber created and also wrote, produced and directed a TV series called Zombies Incorporated. It is now in its 4th season. His short films are “The Legend of Zeke”(2013) and “Ghouls Night Out”(2016). With Crash Romeo he made two albums as the drummer “Minutes to Miles” and “Gave me the Clap”. Ryan is excited to build up the Horror scene even more in New Jersey with his creation of The New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival. Bringing filmmakers and Celebrities and all creative types together in an awesome 3 day event held twice a year.
Rob Bruce- co-creator
Rob Bruce is known as “The Popculturist” and from AMC’s hit show “Comic Book Men” on-air expert as well a consulting Producer for the show. He also co-created the “Asbury Park Comic Con” and “New York Comic Fest” and with more than 30 years of experience in conventions is now one of the co-creators of New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival. Rob is excited to build up the scene even more in New Jersey with his creation of The New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival. Bringing filmmakers and Celebrities together in an awesome 3 day event held twice a year.
Mellisa OCDC Franco – Vendor Coordinator
Melissa “OCDC” Franco is the Vendor Coordinator for the NJ Horror Con & Film Festival. An experienced manager in coordinating vendor and craft fairs, she has lent her considerable talents to other horror, toy, and comic conventions. A life-long supporter of small businesses and local vendors, she is also the behind-the-scenes middle woman at Roxy & Dukes Roadhouse in Dunellen, NJ, coordinating everything from music shows to fundraisers. Melissa also works in front of the cameras, and has performed in two of Ryan Scott Webber’s films: “Sheriff Tom vs. The Zombies” (2013) as ‘Carrie the Zombie Roller Girl’ and as one of the ravenous Undead in “Witches’ Blood” (2014). While no longer playing roller derby competitively, she still rolls with her team!

Currently the morning producer at NJ 101.5, Kristen Accardi, also known as Producer Kristen, was one of the executive producers of the ‘Shoboy In The Morning’ morning show on CBS Radio’s 92.3 AMP in NYC. She’s worked with some of the most popular artists in music today like Pitbull, Justin Bieber, The Chainsmokers, Alicia Keys, Kesha, Selena Gomez, and many more. She also provided and coordinated social media content for the morning show from artist interviews to parody videos. Kristen has starred in a few Ryan Scott Weber films like “Sheriff Tom vs. The Zombies”, “Witches Blood”, and “Pretty Fine Things”. Kristen is not only a music fanatic expressing her love for the Backstreet Boys and Alkaline Trio, but she has a true talent of reciting the movie “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” backwards.
